Job Description
We are an early-stage startup dedicated to empowering access to public web data. Our company enables users to tap into public web data through innovative decentralized data scraping tools, with our first product, Grass, leading the charge. Grass is a network-sharing application that allows users to sell their unused internet bandwidth.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality output.
- Establish and maintain the creative vision for Grass, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand image across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with teams across Product, Marketing, Communications, and other departments to deliver impactful brand materials and assets.
- Oversee the design process from brainstorming sessions and sketches to the final delivery of assets, ensuring alignment with Grass’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and tools, incorporating innovative design practices and technologies to keep Grass’s visual content fresh and cutting-edge.

What Experience You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in a design leadership role, preferably in the web3 industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience working within an established design system.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset with a commitment to driving design excellence.
- Familiarity with design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
