- Assist in the development and deployment of new product features.
- Develop, execute and maintain componentized project plan / schedule.
Overview
- Support the development of new data product features by performing analysis, developing artifacts and providing assistance to each product development lead.
Skills and experience
- Telecom (quote to cash process) and/or IP networking experience required
- Self-Motivated
- Professional communications skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented analytical skills
- Meeting facilitation and presentation skills both in person and via phone
- Competency with Microsoft suite of services, including Excel, PowerPoint and Project
- Stakeholder relationship management
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and deployment of new product features.
- Develop, execute and maintain componentized project plan / schedule.
- Insure communication and alignment with stakeholder and delivery teams.
- Work with the Product Development Program Manager to manage resource allocation needs and solution timelines across the life cycle of product development.
- Support the development of business requirements, process, and solution design for the project.
- Work with cross-functional teams from operations support and readiness, fulfillment, assurance and billing to gain inputs for product capabilities
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure information is clear, complete and meets the needs of their organizations.
- Lead cross-functional sessions to review stakeholder's inputs and obtain buy-in
- Maintain the product backlog and represent business stakeholders to all downstream inputs (process, requirements, IT and deployment)
- Develop documentation according to a common standard
- Collaborate with key cross-functional program contributors to achieve objectives
- Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting for Product Development team
- Maintain budget and forecast for projects including preparation of formal monthly reviews.
- Develop and maintain status and reporting deliverables.
- Provide status updates (and manage status documentation and artifacts) for weekly project alignment meetings.
- Provide status updates in clarity system
- Maintain collaboration site with relevant information and artifacts supporting product features and processes
