We are the exclusive distributor of Quantum Quartz and Lapitec (A Sintered Stone), an engineered stone produced with the finest materials by highly qualified craftsmen. We are an exclusive distributor in the state of Florida for some exclusive quartzite, Day treat Florim porcelain slabs. slabs have been imported from Italy, Brazil, India, and Asia for the past 17 years.
We also offer a wide range of products including tile and backsplash materials to coordinate with a brand new or an existing countertop. We also offer commercial grade Quantum Quartz, Lapitec (Sintered Stone) sealers, cleaners, and Dry Treat to help protect your stone from everyday elements and wear.
We are currently seeking a Product Development Manager Representative to join one of the fastest growing companies in the stone industry and become a vital part of our Tampa, FL location team.
Must be local to the Greater Tampa Area.

The Product Development Representative will manage product development projects including research, concept, creation, design, test, development, launch, and commercialization of new products and portfolio extensions. This role reports to the CEO. They will be the day-to-day point of contact to our vendors and manufacturers, managing new developments and optimizations in an accelerated timeline.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and direct the complete product life cycle for our products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Lead the day-to-day relationship and management with our key vendors and manufacturers.
- Spearhead cross-functional teams to optimize communication, efficiency, and collaboration, resulting in a significant increase in product launches.
- Promote brand initiatives, quality assurance, strategic planning, vendor management, and supply chain diversity, to ensure seamless product continuity and operational excellence.
- Communicating information and any issues to all related internal parties as well as to overseas mills, agents, and manufacturers.
- Diligently proof all artwork and copy of all product packaging to align with consistency, regulatory requirements, grammar and marketing needs.
- Utilize research with product knowledge to work on the launch activation and go-to-market strategy of new products with brand marketing team.
- Drive new product innovation by leveraging consumer insights, market trends, and emerging technologies.
- Develop data-backed formulations grounded in scientific research to enhance product efficacy and strengthen market competitiveness.
- Foster strategic partnerships to drive the development of innovative products, incorporating trending products, and emerging technologies.
- Enhance quality assurance protocols, increasing adherence to regulatory compliance standards and best practices.
- Regularly engaged with executive leadership to secure approvals for new and existing products, aligning product strategies with organizational goals.
Requirements
3+ years’ experience in product development.
- Manage small to large clients and possess strong organizational skills.
- Complete, maintain, and administer proposals and must have robust negotiation skills to drive sales annually.
- Utilizes and research systems to identify opportunities within the strategic planning process to grow focus categories in terms of ROI, sales, gross margin, and cost savings.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of the development lifecycle.
- Understanding of supplement development timelines and regulatory pathways.
- Experience sourcing and qualifying packaging components.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team player - able to adapt to changes and drive cross-functional efficiency.
- Demonstrated flexible, proactive and be self-motivated to deliver against accelerated timelines.
- Organized, detail-oriented, hands-on approach.
- Understanding of/experience working with organizations to reduce ambiguity or marketing and drive customer and business impact.
