The Product Director, Lifecycle Marketing is a key marketing role leading lifecycle strategy development and implementation for multiple Immunology brands. This role will report to the Group Product Director of Immunology Lifecycle Strategy.
The Product Director will be responsible building a comprehensive marketing strategy designed for patients to start and stay on J&J therapies. This will require evolving and communicating value propositions for multiple stakeholders across channels, to effectively compete in the Immunology market and continue to generate demand. The Product Director will work closely with multiple functions including Marketing, Strategic Customer Group, Strategic Insights & Analytics, Field teams, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and outside vendors to effectively develop strategies and implement key commercial activities across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive brand marketing activities (professional promotion, market access, and customer experience) for multiple J&J Immunology products
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to support J&J Immunology growth product launches and commercial strategic imperatives
- Coordinate, plan, and execute, in conjunction multiple cross-functional partners, a new indication launch of a subcutaneous biologic therapy
- Evolve pricing and contracting strategies in close collaboration with the VAP team to preserve Gross-to-Net (GTN)
- Evolve market access strategies in close collaboration with VAP and Strategic Account Management teams to maintain patient access to multiple therapies
- Collaborate with multiple field sales, channel, and Strategic Customer Group teams by providing updated messaging, tools and assets that represent the value proposition in an evolving competitive landscape
- Generate insights through use of secondary data, market research, voice of customer and field engagement. These insights will then translate to strategy development which will include, but not be limited to, value positioning, digital brand presence, access and pricing strategies, and innovative partnerships.
- Track and monitor competitive activities and regulatory submissions to develop organizational perspective on future competitive landscape. Work within regulatory guidelines to achieve goals.
- Engage senior leadership team to secure alignment to position the portfolio for short-term and long-term success.

- BA/BS required; an MBA preferred
Required:
- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience with demonstrated professional growth
- Demonstrated ability to develop brand strategies and action plans based on customer and market insights
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment and ability to activate cross-functional teams to deliver on business objectives
• Ability to work 3 days a week in the Horsham, PA office and travel domestically up to 15% travel.
Preferred:
- Progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry with proven performance in multiple marketing functions
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical brand management and medical benefit products
- Experience with access and payer dynamics
- Significant Creative/Marketing Agency Management Experience
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills and experience with engaging Senior Management
