Product Engineer (Operations) - Axiado

We are seeking a driven and skilled individual to lead our Product Engineering team. The Senior Product Engineer will take charge of product and sustaining development for Axiado’s custom semiconductor products.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee product engineering tasks, including NPI, product sampling, and yield/cost improvements, transitioning from low to high-volume manufacturing.
• Lead NPI, characterization, and qualification activities.
• Manage subcontractor partners and drive the NPI process with a global OSAT team.
• Collaborate with Design and Test Engineering to enhance product screening, coverage and yield at wafer-probe and package levels.
• Develop and implement process-oriented, data-driven production methods to ensure product quality.
• Lead efforts to reduce test time and costs to meet manufacturing goals.
• Coordinate with Planning team to ensure timely delivery according to production schedules.
• Provide product engineering support for customer returns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with 5-7 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s/PhD with 3-5 years of experience
• Proven experience in successfully guiding multiple devices through NPI and scaling them to high-volume production.
• Familiarity with silicon setups/testing
• Experience with wafer-level testing
• Strong statistical analysis skills
• Ability to conduct cross-functional meetings
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
