Qualifications and responsibilities for this Product Evaluation Engineer position include:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering
EIT certification required, with P.E
preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in product evaluation
Proficiency with MS Office and strong computer skills
Review test reports, sealed engineering calculations, and other data against referenced codes and criteria
Develop Evaluation Reports or Listings documenting code conformance
Assist with sales, customer relations, and industry events
Ensure program compliance with ANSI and accreditation bodies
Collaborate with other departments and contribute to various projects
Salary: $105,000 - $117,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending account (FSA), 401k with 5% match, 15 sick days, 2 weeks PTO, 14 paid holidays, fitness partnerships for gyms, and profit sharing of 8% of gross salary (vested after 6 years).
