About the Job
1. Vendor Collaboration:
- Work closely with external vendors to ensure quality standards and manufacturing capabilities are aligned with company requirements.
- Define test and validation procedures with suppliers to ensure product reliability and performance.
2. Manufacturing Process Improvement:
- Lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing lines, focusing on efficiency, product quality, and consistency.
- Analyze current production methods and equipment, suggesting upgrades or modifications to improve throughput.
- Develop and optimize testing strategies for manufacturing processes to ensure product consistency.
3. Cost-Saving Projects:
- Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities without compromising product quality.
- Analyze production data and work with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and reduce waste.
- Lead initiatives to lower component costs through design for manufacturing (DFM) techniques.
4. Product and Software Release:
- Support the industrialization and release of new products, from prototype to mass production.
- Collaborate with engineering and software teams to ensure seamless integration of software updates with hardware components during the manufacturing process.
- Validate new product designs and software releases in manufacturing settings, ensuring readiness for mass production.

responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in product industrialization, manufacturing, or test engineering.
- strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production line optimization.
- Experience working with external vendors and managing supplier relationships.
- Hands-on experience with development and validation in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with a focus on process improvement.
- Familiarity with cost-saving initiatives and lean manufacturing principles.
- strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
- Experience in product release cycles, particularly for hardware and software integration.
