KLAS is looking for a financial analysis expert with a passion for driving product success. As Product Line Owner for our Membership product, you will take full responsibility for delivering sold products in your product line each fiscal year. This role empowers you to build and execute strategies that ensure a steady flow of completed projects, meeting or exceeding our monthly delivery goals. You will collaborate closely with individuals across the company, including the executive team, to ensure the success of your product line.
What you’ll do:
Salary range starts at $110,000 annually. We offer top-tier benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA with company match, 401K with company match, PTO, and more. KLAS Research has a hybrid work policy to allow team members to work in office with flexibility for some remote work. This flexible approach provides team members with a balance between in-person collaboration and remote work autonomy. Hybrid work is defined as two full days expected in-office.

What you’ll do:
- Through strong financial analysis and knowledge of financial data sources at KLAS, you will create and effectively discuss P&L.
- Turn data points into insights for the company’s ability to control/monitor costs, generate revenue, and make profits for their product line.
- Oversee all product line projects from assessment through publish/delivery. Own the count of deliverables along with the financial impact.
- Regularly communicate YTD and progress towards the fiscal year goal along with levels within the product pipeline.
- Collaborate across departments to maintain/enhance our deliverables.
- Educate and train project managers on the product line processes and tools, holding regular 1-on-1s, and conducting performance reviews.
- Propel product line into the future by working with key stakeholders to identify areas that could increase the positive impact on healthcare technology and services.
- Thorough understanding of financial reporting, unit economics, including how/when revenue is recognized and the impact of mission, meeting, or exceeding budget goals, while having a strong alignment with the Finance team’s goals.
- Thorough understanding of the KLAS mission and the role each team member plays to help establish the vision, expectations, motivation, and transparency of your product line.
- Knowledge and execution of leadership best practices in hiring, employee engagement, compensation, budget management, performance management, succession planning, and counseling & discipline.
- Technical skills for communication, organization, goal setting, and progress reporting, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, HTML, Salesforce, and other tools as needed.
- Experience in Tableau, Python, or R is a plus.
