Join over 5,000 people across the globe who think that’s work worth doing.Product Manager, AI/MLWhy We Have This RoleTo define the future of AI powered insights working with structured and unstructured data for experience management category Build and maintain the business case for products, including market opportunity models, user personas, and top use casesManage the entire life cycle for multiple functional areas in our products, from the framing of the problem, to aligning the solution, to forming the plan, to delivering the implementation, to iterating to make the products world-class.How You’ll Find SuccessPartner with stakeholders across the organization to understand enterprise customer needs and pain points related to AI.Translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and roadmaps for the AI platform.Prioritize features and functionality based on market research, customer feedback, technical feasibility, and business goals.Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to define product specifications and ensure the platform meets customer requirements.Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.Monitor and analyze product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in enterprise AI and translate them into product opportunities.Create compelling product presentations and marketing materials to drive adoption of the AI platform.How You’ll GrowBy taking initiative and being adaptable in a dynamic environmentThrough developing problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisionsBy expanding your interpersonal skills and ability to influence across departmentsThings You’ll DoDevelop & execute product strategy for AI powered experiences for Qualtrics products and servicesConnect with customers and understand end-to-end scenarios that matterDiscover and prioritize feature requests from prospects/customers, analysts, internal sources, and the marketWrite Product Investment Docs; turn these into prioritized roadmapsManage work and execute with excellence across product, engineering, UX design and research.Know the numbers for your product and market trends better than anyoneLead product launches including working with marketing to take new features and capabilities to marketWhat We’re Looking for on Your ResumeBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.1-3 years of experience in product management, with at least 1 year experience in a technical domain (AI/ML, software, data analytics preferred).Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI or data-driven products.Strong understanding of the enterprise software landscape and the challenges faced by enterprise customers.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.Experience working with data science and engineering teams is a plus.Familiarity with machine learning concepts is a plus.What You Should Know About This TeamThe AI/ML Platform team at Qualtrics has the mission to deliver new innovative product value that serves customers who chose Qualtrics as their strategic partner
