Your role as a Product Manager Associate is essential in driving product success by collaborating closely with Product Managers to shape and execute strategies. You'll oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring smooth transitions and timely updates while providing support to internal and external stakeholders for the Enterprise Infrastructure product line. You'll interact daily with various teams to ensure project completion. This role is ideal for those who enjoy variety and collaboration. Responsibilities include:

What You Will Do

You'll interact daily with various teams to ensure project completion. This role is ideal for those who enjoy variety and collaboration. Responsibilities include:
- Support global product strategy and execute business plans for launches.
- Provide technical and application support for assigned products.
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis for pricing strategies and market positioning.
- Assist in sales and operations planning, including pricing, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Address customer inquiries to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Required Degree: Undergraduate degree, preferably in a technical or business field.
- Recommended Experience: 2-4 years of Product Management experience.
- Preferred Experience: 5-8 years of Product Management or other related professional experience.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Financial savvy and experience with data analytics for decision-making.
- Willingness to travel 10-25% to Panduit, Customer, and Supplier locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Preferred industry experience in Industrial Infrastructure, including Enclosures, Power Schemes.
- Knowledge of Connectivity and Cabling is a plus.

- The expected annual base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
