This role is part of Enterprise Engineering (EE), where we provide
technical standards, tools, processes, training, and subject matter
expertise for product engineering and manufacturing. EE allows all Blue Origin
business units to benefit from commonly used capabilities, hardware, and
software and assists business units in identifying, selecting, and
training engineers from both inside and outside the organization.
As part of a hardworking team of diverse specialists, you will support the
Blue Origin drive to be the world's best manufacturing company deploying a
highly automated, model driven business system across design, planning,
procurement, fabrication, assembly, test, and maintenance. This role
involves creating seamless integration of data across various stages of the
product lifecycle, enabling end-to-end visibility, traceability, and
connectivity from design and engineering through manufacturing, supply
chain, and service operations. You will collaborate closely with
engineering, IT, manufacturing, and business leaders to ensure the
digital thread strategy aligns with organizational goals and enables efficient
product development and operational excellence.

Travel expected up to 50% of the time

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Design, develop, and maintain the digital thread architecture that
integrates various enterprise systems (e.g., PLM, ERP, MES, CAD,
IoT) and ensures seamless data flow across the product lifecycle.
Define and implement the standards and frameworks for data interoperability,
traceability, and governance across the digital thread.
