As a Product Manager in Deposits 2.0, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities
+ Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
+ Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
+ Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
+ Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
+ Defines customer-centric objectives and key results/success measures and ability to lead the analysis and design of strategic deposits 2.0 capabilities
+ Works closely with design and stakeholder teams to understand user pain points and capture needs effectively
+ Converts product strategy and requirements into detailed, buildable descriptions and designs
+ Manages the complete execution of stories/features from creation to delivery, prioritizing key product features, epics, and stories.
+ Owns your product backlog, prioritization of epics and management of your dependency sub-tasks. Builds ongoing deep knowledge of customer and user experience insights and journeys
+ Focuses on scalability, simplification, data integrity, automated controls, and operational efficiency in process design and re-engineering.
+ Engages with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product delivery
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
+ Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
+ Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
+ Lead initiatives in updating and optimizing legacy systems to enhance system efficiency and scalability
+ Ability to use data to craft compelling narratives
+ Skilled in data visualization tools like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Tableau
+ Strong ability to communicate and influence executive leadership
+ Analytical mindset with expertise in shaping demand, building JIRA stories, and exceptional communication skills.
+ Familiarity with scaled agility frameworks, JIRA, and Kanban methodology
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to shape demand and build effective, executable JIRA stories, and exceptional communications and presentation skills across multiple audiences at senior levels
+ Ability to document both business and technical needs including application dependencies and flows
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
+ Familiarity with modern product development practices
+ Technical Product Management, Development or Software Engineering experience is a plus
