As a Product Manager, you will deliver a cutting-edge CRM platform tailored for Sales and Research. Drive innovation, enhance user experience, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the CRM platform and align platform capabilities with Sales and Research needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features, acting as the primary liaison between business units and technology teams.
- Ensure product adoption and value realization.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Ensure the CRM platform provides an intuitive and seamless user experience.
- Incorporate user feedback and industry best practices into design enhancements.
- Leverage data analytics to drive product decisions and measure success.
- Implement features that enhance data-driven insights for Sales and Research.
- Ensure platform adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with the platform.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within financial services or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and their application in Sales and Research environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with relevant tools and technologies.
