Summary

We are looking for an experienced product manager to lead a multidisciplinary development team. These are mechanical assemblies, and the successful candidate will be familiar with equipment assembly processes and concepts. We are looking for a confident leader who will drive results by managing the collective efforts of a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle product management for Global Vac & Air (GVA) systems business portfolio.
• Leverage, Execute Flow Control Group Commercialization Framework (Decision Point process) in execution of GVA New Product Introductions (NPI),
• Work with business leaders to develop business strategy and align to that the product strategy that supports successful execution of that business strategy.
• Manage portfolio both existing offerings as well as NPIs from requirements and business case through launch and support.
• Communicate requisites for successful project development and launch cycles to the management team thus ensuring and facilitating the necessary functions required to ensure product success.
• Works with procurement establishing successful supplier management.
• Works with Sales/Marketing teams staying close to applications, customers, and key market trends.
• Ensures successful digital marketing, e-commerce strategies and supporting campaigns, infrastructure.

• Proven track record with a managed a portfolio of offerings for the industrial market.
• BS in Engineering preferred.
• Superior Project / Program management experience bringing together and leading multi-discipline professionals to accomplishing key objectives.
• Financial knowledge of Budgeting, Forecasting for Budgets (Annual Operating Plan) and NPIs.
