About the Job
Must Have: Minimum of 5 years of experience
Business Management:
- Enterprise Product Rationalization and Usage Optimization
- Deliver product rationalization and optimize the management of product’s lifecycle
- Rationalize products to maximize efficiency in reducing volumes for inactivity and out of service tech while reducing complexity with reduced overhead resulting in cost reductions to EET’s bottom line
- Develop sustainable processes for optimized review and reporting across multiple platforms of the organization
- Identify, track, and report unused, under-utilized hardware and software to right-size product volumes, lower gearing ratios resulting in expense reduction
- Strategize usage of products and if declining and/or non-strategic, run cost benefit analysis of functionality, usability, security requirements, and integration with other products and services to flag to decom
- Coordinate business cases for business impact recommendations / deactivations
- Manage portfolios at a global scale with direct involvement with EMEA and APAC regions and ancillary support of LATAM
- Minimum of 5 years of experience developing complex financial/business analysis, preferably in support of a technology business
- Strong financial background with a solid understanding of Technology Finance and Initiative processes and strong experience in corporate forecasting including base budget
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced demand-driven environment
- Communicates effectively and efficiently with senior management
- Proven strong ability to connect business strategy to financial plans and models and ensure achievement
- Experience in leading and /or working in cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans
- Understanding of various decision support tools (benchmarking, business cases, vendor and RFP analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, etc.)
- Applies Operational Excellence; relentlessly pursues and drives work to improve processes and technology that works towards making Client the best place to work
- Strong interpersonal skills along with the ability to influence and drive continuous improvement across processes
- Ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions; knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently
- Enthusiasm to take on new and challenging tasks in a dynamic environment
