Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the product lifecycle, including improvements, SKU rationalization, and continuous monitoring of product performance.
- Analyze sales volumes, market share trends, and competitive activities to support business growth and profitability targets.
- Lead and support the development of new products from concept to execution, including pricing, positioning, and packaging, working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and international headquarters.
- Partner with divisions such as marketing, sales, and operations to drive product developments and align on key initiatives.
- Conduct market and consumer research to track competitive trends and stay updated on product/category developments. Use these insights to drive informed product strategies.
- Develop and manage marketing collateral such as brochures, sell sheets, and product presentations to support the sales team and ensure effective product promotion.
- Assist with other marketing or product management projects as needed, contributing to the broader goals of the marketing department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, ideally in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or a related role, with a passion for the food industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Prior experience in Food Manufacturing OR CPG.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
