Product Manager II at Judge Group

Overview: We are seeking a versatile and cross-functional Product Manager II to lead product lifecycle and development initiatives for our Spectrum video services and applications within the commercial video space. This role encompasses Small/Medium Business (SMB), Spectrum Community Solutions (SCS), and Enterprise (ENT) products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of product requirements and support the development and communication strategies for products and features that drive financial or operational goals.
• Manage technical/engineering and other cross-functional teams.
• Lead multiple complex product and improvement-centered initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data analytics, product ownership, product management, and project management within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Telecom and/or streaming experience is essential, with a strong understanding of TV entertainment solutions within cable telecommunications, including QAM, IP/streaming, and apps.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Product Lifecycle Management.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of product development/management experience within the cable/telecommunications industry.
• Prepared to discuss key product/feature launches and their impacts on the organization/company during the interview process.

Interview Process:

1. Initial 30-minute WebEx interview.
2. Follow-up 1-hour in-person interview.

Work Schedule:

• Must be on-site 4 days a week.
