Responsibilities:Position Summary:
Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities for a generic injectable drug portfolio through research, strategic planning and implementation. Responsible for achievement of various business objectives to include strategic, tactical projects and financial metrics.
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Manages overall profitability of generic injectable drug portfolio and ability to collaborate with Global Marketing
- Responsible for the development, implementation and control of marketing programs to maintain and increase market share and profits.
- Develops and administers launch plans for new or revised products, creates and administers strategies for increasing market share of existing products, and assists in retirement and communication planning for product decommissioning.
- Evaluates performance of marketing initiatives and revises strategy in response.
- Participates in planning of sales promotions or other special events, such as conferences, trade shows,or user meetings.
- Responsible for organizing and executing the launch of new products.
- Responsible for leading cross functional teams and aligning the team towards product launch deadlines.
- Maintain an active field travel schedule to regularly meeting with customers, sales, personnel, inventors, and consultants.
- Responsible for managing product launch marketing budgets and executing launch activities

- Requires advanced knowledge of professional field and industry. Influences the development of and drives the application of principles, theories, concepts. Determines best course of action.
- Works under general supervision. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals. May periodically assist in orienting, training, assigning & checking the work of other peers.
- Judgement is required in resolving complex problems based on experience.
- Interacts with internal and/or external clients and customers to negotiate and interpret information on projects and unit operations. May consult with senior management.
- 3-5 years of healthcare product management experience, ideally in generic pharmaceutical injectable drug industry
- Demonstrated experience leading large, cross functional product initiatives focused on increasing customer demand.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You make others feel understood, not just heard.
- Ability to convey complex ideas through written, visual, and verbal communication, always focusing on the "why” behind everything you do – from broad strategy presentations to detailed product requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range provided is a reasonable estimate.

Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 06-08 years related experience required.
- Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
- Occasional business travel required, Valid driver's license and passport, Secrecy and invention agreement and non- compete agreement,.
- Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
