- Lead the development and enhancement of innovative learning solutions that leverage cutting-edge technology. Your role will
- focus on creating engaging, effective, and scalable educational products that meet the needs of diverse learners and organizations.
- Define and execute the product roadmap for learning technologies, aligning with company goals and market demands.
- Conduct market research and user analysis to identify trends, needs, and opportunities within the learning and tech landscape. User-Centric Design:
- Collaborate with instructional designers, UX/UI teams, and subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Gather and prioritize user feedback to continuously improve product features and functionality.
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing enhancements.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user engagement.
- Analyze user data and feedback to inform product development and optimize learning outcomes.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and marketing materials to effectively promote learning solutions.
- Train sales and customer support teams on product features and benefits to drive adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about advancements in educational technology, learning methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and approaches to enhance the learning experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technology, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on learning technologies or educational products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing technology-driven learning solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in a SaaS environment or with enterprise learning solutions.
- Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Passionate about leveraging technology to improve learning outcomes and user experiences
