Duration: 12+ Months Contract
We are looking for a talented and driven Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As a Product Marketing Manager at PostGrid, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategies, developing compelling product messaging, and driving the success of our product offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure our products meet market needs and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Use these insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases, including positioning, pricing, and messaging.
Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft clear and compelling product messaging that differentiates PostGrid's offerings in the market. Develop product collateral, including sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and web content.
Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the tools, training, and content they need to effectively communicate the value of our products to prospects and customers.
Campaign Development: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, adoption, and customer retention. Collaborate with the growth marketing team to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
Customer Advocacy: Develop and manage customer reference programs, including case studies, testimonials, and user groups, to highlight success stories and drive product credibility.
Product Feedback Loop: Work closely with the product team to provide market feedback, customer insights, and competitive analysis to influence product roadmaps and future development.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and demand generation strategies.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
