Summary:
Hiring a Product Manager to oversee the development of Medicare Part-C and Part-D enrollment products. This role focuses on project planning, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with actuaries to shape Medicare Advantage plan designs. The ideal candidate will have experience in CMS regulatory submissions, meticulous project management skills, and a strong focus on data-driven planning and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution; develop and manage detailed project plans for Medicare enrollment and plan design initiatives
- Product Lifecycle & Improvement; overseeing the entire lifecycle of Medicare enrollment products, from ideation and design to CMS submission, launch, and ongoing refinement.
- CMS Regulatory Submissions
- Collaborative Plan Design
- Stakeholder Coordination
- User Experience & Automation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product or project management in healthcare, specifically within Medicare Part-C and Part-D or Medicare Advantage.
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, Medicare Advantage plan design, and experience in compliance-related submissions
- Demonstrated experience working with actuarial teams to develop effective plan designs
- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
