Education and Experience:

• Former experience translating technical requirements, writing user stories, acceptance criteria
• Experience working with requirements gathering (field engagement) and UX teams to generate development-ready stories
• Familiarity with analyzing web app session details to identify use cases and break points
• Managing extensive backlog of items from defects to enhancements and effectively prioritize based on impact to business KPIs and agent experience

• Served as scrum master or product owner
• Familiar with documentation in Confluence/wiki for product features, and leveling-up information for executive teams
• Clear communicator with ability to provide succinct summaries of complex concepts
• Sense of urgency, as well as and humor
• Excels in and enjoys fast-paced environments
• Self-awareness and ability lead when required and listen when needed
