Position Overview::The Product Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies, promotions, and campaigns that drive sales revenue growth worldwide. The Product Manager owns a product line, from developing the commercialization strategy for global markets to planning for the product's end-of-life.
What you will do::• Develop and implement marketing plans, pricing and selling strategies, and promotional programs.
• Develop product positioning, create marketing collateral, and demonstrate clinical/economic value proposition.
• Create effective digital and printed sales tools highlighting key product features and benefits.
• Respond to product-related inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Educate customers on the technical, procedural, and/or clinical characteristics of assigned product lines.
• Train sales personnel on the technical, business, and clinical aspects of products and procedures.
• Conduct regular field visits to maintain a first-hand understanding of the market, the customer, the direct sales team, and the distributors.
• Analyze and monitor sales data to illustrate product and market performance as well as competitive market research/analysis.
• Evaluate new business and product opportunities.
• Design and implement key regional strategies.
• Align business needs with demand planning.
• Identify and groom Key Opinion Leaders as advocates for the company.
Skills for Success::
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 – 4 years of relevant marketing or sales experience in medical devices.
• Experience developing and successfully executing marketing plans.
• Demonstrated success in developing relationships with colleagues, customers, and industry leaders.
• Excellent interpersonal, selling, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must possess strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills .
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple products and projects simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to travel 20% - 30%, occasionally over weekends, with the ability to travel internationally.
