- Scrum Product Management Experience:
Strong background in managing scrum teams, working with UX, QA teams, and handling product releases
Must be able to write user stories and set product direction at the team level. - E-commerce Acquisition Funnel Expertise:
Proven experience in managing e-commerce acquisition funnels and launching external, customer-facing front-end experiences. - Use Case & Business Case Development:
Skilled in use case development, story grooming, business case planning, and defining MVPs
Must also handle product release planning and technical refinement with architects. - Certifications:
CSPO, PMC, or equivalent product certifications are preferred
MBA with a technical background is a plus. - Customer-Centric Mindset:
Ability to own the portion of the acquisition funnel and serve as the voice of the customer
Ensure consistent, high-quality user experience throughout the product lifecycle, guiding product development by defining and communicating detailed software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
