DIRECT HIRE - PRODUCT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY - HIRING NOW!
Are you a seasoned Product Manager with a passion for driving category growth and developing future product roadmaps? Join our client's team as a Product Manager and play a pivotal role in the management and development of their growing and ever-changing product portfolio.
This position is ideal for someone with a background in B2B product management and a deep understanding of parts distribution, including expertise in OPE, Power Sports, Marine Equipment, and Automotive parts.
Essential Job Duties:
• Product Roadmap & Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of the category roadmap, including product lifecycle management (PLCM) and multi-faceted analysis of the baseline portfolio.
• Team Leadership: Oversee teams responsible for product development and maintenance, ensuring alignment with category objectives and best practices.
• Strategy Development: Develop channel, product, and pricing strategies, leveraging customer input (VOC) and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and external partners.
• Market Analysis: Analyze competitor offerings, monitor industry trends, and stay up-to-date with emerging technology and regulatory changes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including attending trade shows and conferences to gain industry insights.
Minimum Requirements:
• Candidates must be located in Central or Eastern time zones - within 30 miles of airport.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 8+ years in product management within a B2B setting, ideally in parts distribution.
• Working knowledge of ACES, PIES, PIM, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with new product development and international sourcing is a plus.
• Strong understanding of replacement parts markets, supply chains, and competitors. Knowledge of manufacturing processes is advantageous.
• Mechanical/technical background with knowledge of OPE, Power Sports, Marine Equipment, and Automotive parts.
Position Benefits, Pay, & Schedule:
• Direct-hire opportunity with competitive benefits package included!
• 100% remote role - must be based in Central Time or Eastern Time Zones.
• Base salary starts at $125k + 10% annual incentive bonus.
• Flexible hours; core business hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
