New facility with an on-site gym, personal trainers, on-site clinic, climate-controlled plant, and natural lighting.The Product Manager at Wilo USA LLC will lead the success of products within the Building Services (HVAC - Commercial - Residential) and Fire segments, managing global P&L and driving growth strategies. This role involves working closely with Wilo SE teams worldwide, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and ensuring compliance with NFPA 20 & 70 (NEC) standards. The Product Manager will build expertise within the market segment, enhance product margins through collaboration with sales, operations, and supply chain teams, and systematically analyze markets to identify new applications or products. A forward-thinking approach, strong cross-functional leadership, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential for this role.Primary Job Duties:Coordinate with sales, engineering, customer service, technical support, manufacturing, shipping, accounting, legal, and purchasing any new products and changes to existing products to ensure timely delivery and target profitability. Incorporate sales forecast, market penetration, budget estimates, strategy, advertising, and research. Promotional efforts required to meet current and projected market objectives and profits. Work with operations and purchasing to ensure needed product supply based on demand projections. Specify changes in product demand so production and inventory levels can be adjusted accordingly.Develop personal expertise on products and channels including a complete intelligence file on competitors' products, pricing, market share, performance claims, field activity, customer service channels of market distribution, and end-user preferences. Become familiar with product materials, manufacturing, packaging, and promotions. Implement product life-cycle activities Complete ownership of the new product process from idea conception to full product launch.Improve product margins by working with sales, operations, and supplySystematically analyze a market and be able to identify new applications or products.Drive product growth meetings.Locations: Rosemont, IL or Cedarburg, WIDirect Reports: NoTravel Requirements: 15% - 30%Pay Range: Commensurate with experience.Shift/hours: Normal business hours are 8 am - 5 pmRelocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.Visa Sponsorship: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
