Job Summary:
The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning, promotion, and exeuction throughout the product liefecycle. The responsibilities include and not limited to: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, product roadmap definition, project management, cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and sales, product process operation optimization, data analyis and reporting, and risk management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define product strategy and roadmap
• Act as a bridge between different teams to ensure seamless coordination and information flow
• Foster strong communication and collaboration between product management, development, marketing, and other relevant departments
• Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement
• Generate regular reports on project status, key performance indicators, and operational efficiency
• Work closely with stakeholders to address challenges and find solutions to unexpected issues
Qualifications:
• Minimum Bacheolor's degree (engineering or computer science degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
• Demonstrated skills in collaboration and the ability to influence team members across different functions, fostering cooperation toward common goals
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in guiding products through conception, development, launch, and post-launch phases
• Previous exposure to managing relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), Original Design Manufacturers (ODM), and Contract Manufacturers (CM)
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% for meetings, client visits, and other business-related activities
Salary Range
$88,000 - $160,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
