About the Job
- Define and document the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
- Clearly communicate the product's value proposition and differentiators
- Document product requirements and manage the product backlog
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and customer impact
- Ensure the development team understands backlog priorities and timelines
- Make key decisions on scope, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet product deadlines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related queries
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (development, UX, support, sales, and marketing) to ensure alignment with business goals
- Gather and integrate feedback from clients, end-users, and internal stakeholders to drive product enhancements
- Evaluate product performance through analytics and user feedback to identify improvement areas
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or as a Product Owner within a software development environment
- Proven success in managing all aspects of a product throughout its lifecycle
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the email hygiene and data aggregation industry is an advantage
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decisions without direct authority
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
