As a Product Manager at Azova, you’ll get to Review completed development for usability and QA as needed. A Product Manager should have a passionate and dedication to their craft and a desire to work with peers that inspire them on a daily basis. Product Managers are responsible for overseeing and managing the production of a product from beginning to end, which can involve:
- Working closely with developers, user experience designers, and product experts to dazzle and delight our clients and vendor partners by creating an amazing experience through intuitive and beautiful product design
- Liaise with marketing, sales, and client success to help validate product requirements and uncover opportunities for our products to better meet customer needs
- Draft and maintain detailed product roadmaps with corresponding user stories and user personas, ensuring product requirements are clearly communicated to the development team and stakeholders
- Plan and execute successful, cross-functional product launches by creating detailed pitch decks, drafting engaging user education materials, and conducting in-depth product training with internal teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required since the Product Manager has to communicate with team members, other departments, upper management and consumers of the company's products
- Expertise in the product or market including specific technical or industry knowledge
- Superior project management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure
- Natural tendency to be curious, positive and creative
- Team player who collaborates well with others
- Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience
- Expertise in agile software development methodologies like Jira, XP and Scrum
Requirements:
- Experience building software with a distributed team
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field
