Product Marketing + Enablement Manager - Adomni

We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing & Enablement Manager with a focus on video advertising to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in product marketing and enablement, with a deep understanding of the video advertising landscape. You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our video advertising products, developing strategies that resonate with our target audience, and ensuring that our sales and marketing teams are equipped with the tools they need to succeed. *This is a full remote role that will require some travel*

What You’ll Do: 

• Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with company objectives and drive product adoption in the video advertising space.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the video advertising ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to create compelling value propositions and messaging for our video advertising products.
• Design and implement product enablement programs, including training sessions and resources for internal teams and external partners.
• Manage the creation of sales marketing collateral, including product datasheets, case studies, presentations, and website content to communicate product features and benefits effectively.
• Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to inform ongoing improvements and updates to product marketing strategies.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product positioning and go-to-market initiatives.
• Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to showcase our video advertising solutions and expand our network.

Who You Are: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing and enablement, specifically for video advertising.
• Proven track record in developing successful product marketing strategies and executing impactful go-to-market plans.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and crafting persuasive messaging.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for the video advertising industry and a deep understanding of current trends and best practices.
