This role focuses on driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative campaigns and data-driven insights
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product marketing strategies, manage project timelines, and ensure successful launches that align with business goals.We are hiring remote workers for this role in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, New York City, or Minneapolis areas
At this time, only candidates in these locations will be considered. What You’ll DoDevelop and implement product marketing strategies for app features and updates, including go-to-market plansCoordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Lifecycle, PR/Comms, etc.) to ensure marketing activities align with product development timelinesLead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retentionManage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful product launches and campaignsAnalyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor performance to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunitiesOversee content development for campaigns, including in-app messaging, social media, email marketing, paid media, and other channelsTrack and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimizationWork closely with the Growth, User Experience, and Product teams to refine messaging and improve the overall user journeyLead A/B testing initiatives and optimize campaigns based on data insights and user feedbackWho You Are5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on mobile apps or digital productsProven experience in managing end-to-end marketing projects across multiple channelsStrong understanding of app marketing, including app store optimization (ASO), push notifications, and mobile-specific advertisingFamiliarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to track app performance and user behaviorStrong organizational and project management skills with a focus on delivering high-impact campaigns on timeAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, tech-driven environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skillsMinimum RequirementsHighly cross-functional marketer with experience working with growth marketing or user acquisition teamsProficiency in managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are met Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with agile methodologies for project managementCalm uses a geographic pay model that determines salaries based on the location where an employee lives
For this position, the base pay ranges across Calm’s pay tiers is as follows:$110,000 - $208,000The base pay range represents the low and high end of Calm’s salary range for this position
Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range
Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which include the successful candidate's geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications.Calm uses employee zip code to determine which pay range applies.
