Position Summary: 

The Product Marketing Manager works to drive membership growth through inbound and outbound marketing techniques for Academy offerings.  

Primary Job Duties: 

• Develop messaging, product positioning and create sales enablement tools that support the sale of assigned Academy offerings 

• Partner cross-functionally with product and sales team to execute strategies and drive demand utilizing a working knowledge of assigned offerings and segments

• Create an annual go-to-market plan for assigned offerings

• Manage ongoing marketing tactical calendar to ensure timely development and launch of marketing tactics for assigned offerings

• Manage external conference schedule strategizing with Business Development on conference plan and desired outcomes

• Summarize and repurpose Academy content for distribution on various channels (e.g. email, landing pages, social media)

• Write copy (email, social, web) that compels healthcare industry leaders—chief marketing officers and chief commercial officers–to learn more about The Academy’s offerings 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree required  

• 3 years experience in strategic or product marketing roles 

• 3 years experience in b-to-b marketing 

• Demonstrated strong communication skills - writing, presentation development 

• High proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Healthcare experience preferred

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, and distance vision, and the ability to work with screens or monitors for prolonged periods of time. This position is primarily a sedentary job where the team member will be seated for the majority of the day.

Compensation:
Salary starting at $110,000 per year plus benefits
