We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead a small Marketing team for our consumer projector line of business. This role will develop and execute strategic marketing communication plans for gaming, home, and portable projectors. The ideal candidate would have a background in eCommerce and PR, content planning, social media, campaigns, influencer marketing, event management, and analytics.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Communications Planning:
- Develop comprehensive, integrated marketing communications go-to-market strategies and plans, covering awareness, appeal, ask, act, and advocate phrases across gaming, home, and portable projector segments, ensuring alignment with overall brand and business goals
- Project management: Plan and control the priority of multiple projects.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for business success and high ROI
Team Leadership and Development:
- Promote teamwork, collaboration, and a results-driven mindset within the team, encouraging creative problem-solving and proactive contributions
- Oversee and manage team members' performance in content planning and execution, SEO, social media, influencer marketing, event activities, community engagement, and eCommerce
Public Relations Planning and Management:
- Build relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers in gaming and consumer tech spaces to secure coverage and drive brand awareness
Responsible for meticulously planning and coordinating all digital marketing activities according to a structured calendar:
- This includes scheduling and organizing campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives across various digital channels such as email, social media, and online advertising platforms
Event Management:
- Organize and manage brand events, gaming expos, and consumer electronics exhibitions to showcase projector products and increase visibility and user engagement
- Coordinate logistics, budgeting, and promotional efforts for each event, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and customer expectations
Data Analysis and Performance Tracking:
- Utilize data analysis tools to assess campaign performance, social media metrics, PR reach, and event ROI, making necessary strategic adjustments
- Collect and analyze data using Google Analytics 4 to identify trends and insights related to digital marketing campaigns on the website, including email marketing, CPC ads, organic search, and social media
Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 6-8 years in marketing communications
- Prior team leadership experience is preferred
- Knowledge of consumer electronics and gaming industry
- Experience in the gaming industry is a plus, as is familiarity with Direct-to-Consumer go-to-market planning and execution
- Strong relationships with the gaming industry, including companies, media, and influencers
- PR, influencer marketing, social media management, content and event planning
- Strength in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting
- Proficiency in GA4, HubSpot, Google search console, and project management tools
- Hardworking, team-oriented, with strong communication and organizational skills; able to adapt and work under tight deadlines; collaborative and committed to excellence
Education:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
Compensation:
Based on experience, we offer a very competitive base salary plus a bonus
