The Manager, Product Marketing, plays a crucial role in shaping how our products are perceived in the market, directly impacting the growth and success of Empower. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, campaign management, and packaging, the Manager, Product Marketing is responsible for crafting compelling product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates the unique benefits of our offerings. This role involves developing a wide range of marketing assets — from product catalogs to digital content — and driving go-to-market strategies that support successful product launches and ongoing customer engagement. Attention to regulatory requirements and brand standards is key, as is continuously seeking ways to enhance and streamline our marketing processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supports the product marketing strategy from product conception through commercialization, ensuring alignment with market needs and strategic objectives.
• Collaborates closely with product development teams to ensure that customer insights are integrated into product design and development processes.
• Assists in driving product positioning, messaging, and adherence to brand standards to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to target audiences.
• Manages product labels in coordination with other functional groups, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and consistency with brand standards.
• Develops product marketing assets, including product catalogs, sales materials, digital content, and packaging, to support sales efforts and drive demand.
• Partners with the campaign team to develop go-to-market strategies for new products, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to inform marketing campaigns.
• Collaborates with packaging teams to ensure that product packaging aligns with brand messaging and enhances the customer experience.
• Continuously seeks ways to optimize and streamline product marketing processes and tools.
• Implements measurement and reporting processes to evaluate the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Fosters a collaborative and innovative environment within the product marketing function.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, with a track record of supporting innovative products to market.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in product development and commercialization processes.
• Experience managing product marketing assets, such as labels, catalogs, sales materials, and packaging.
