In Meta Reality Labs, we have a Business Group that includes the business, marketing, insights, and sales functions. Within this team, the PMM (Product Marketing Manager) organization leads Product Launch Strategy and In-Market business growth. It’s an exciting time to join the Wearables PMM team. Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses have had a strong response from the public, and we are growing the team as we look to accelerate growth – and plan for an expanded portfolio of products in the future. With loads of new software capabilities each month, Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses just keep getting better. As our customer base grows, we need a PMM to join our team to build the lifecycle strategy from the ground up. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead lifecycle strategy for Wearables, focused on education, discovery feature discovery, retention and engagement. You’ll partner closely with marketing & product to understand the key moments in the customer journey, and deliver valuable and effective communications across a mix of channels, including email, push, Meta View app, Ray-Ban Meta audio cues, and other Meta channels. In partnership with Data Science, you’ll identify key behavioral signals & accompanying customer experiences that increase retention & engagement. In partnership with the Software PMMs, you’ll develop frameworks and operational models to support feature launches, as well as on-going engagement with existing high value features. In this role, you’ll join a team of In-Market Wearables PMMs, working in service of accelerating the next phase of growth for Meta Wearables world wide.

Product Marketing Manager, Lifecycle Responsibilities:
- Develop lifecycle program for wearables from the ground up
- Partner closely with data science & marketing to identify key moments across customer journey that educate, delight, and engage our customers
- Partner with Software Product Marketing to support on-going discovery, education and engagement with software experiences as they continuously improve
- Partner with growth functions across product, marketing and PMM to turn customers into advocates with their friends and family
- Deliver cross-channel, customer-centric programs focused on retention and engagement
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years professional experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing or CRM
- Experience developing lifecycle strategy from the ground up
- Experience leading projects that are highly cross functional in nature, and require both quantitative and creative, qualitative thinking
- Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights inform strategy
- Experience working with cross functional, matrixed teams with high degrees of ambiguity
- Effective communication skills (documents, presentations)
- Experience with global products, consumer tech or CPG brands that continuously evolve and need on-going customer education & lifecycle management
- BA/BS degree

Preferred Qualifications:
- Product marketing, lifecycle marketing or CRM experience with strong track record of driving business growth
- Prior experience with Consumer Electronics & lifecycle strategy
- Prior experience working across a portfolio of products – comfort with projects that work across a multi-product portfolio and/or go deep on any on product
- Experience driving initiatives that have not been done before – setting goals, communicating a vision, bringing stakeholders along, facilitating cross-functional alignment, through execution, measurement and performance assessment.
- 7+ years professional experience in product marketing and/or technology
- MS/MBA degree or equivalent experience
