Planet Interactive is looking for an Product Marketing Manager to join our well known Fortune 500 client on a 12 month contract. This role will be 40 hours per week and will be fully remote but may occasionally require onsite in Menlo Park.
The Product Marketing Manager will specialize in marketing and messaging for developer infrastructure software, processes, and tooling. As a thought leader, you will represent our suite of product and solution offerings to stakeholders, internal customers, and partners. You must have experience closely partnering with product and engineering leaders on successful product adoption programs. The demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning and tactical execution in support of channel marketing efforts is also required.
Success in this position requires a strong understanding of the developer tooling and productivity market and AI products and the ability to successfully influence a large, distributed team in a cross-functional, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience influencing VP/ senior stakeholders in the organization, including product and engineering leaders. At the same time, the leader of this product marketing effort will need to be a strong, hands-on contributor who is able to execute against business objectives with a strong narrative voice in a wide array of technical areas.

Responsibilities
- Build successful marketing and comms strategies by clear leveraging a clear mission with a collaborative mindset
- Rally focus and prioritization of narratives and moments to communicate with our internal customers
- Partner with leadership and product managers to set product adoption goals, develop execution strategies, track and analyze performance, and drive adoption of our narrative
- Design teams operating model to build systems for collaboration, cascade & scale communication within the orgs continuously evolving structure
- Design effective Go To Market strategy for multi ecosystem developer solutions
- Ensure the right level of alignment, consistency and flexibility in approach across the brand to maximize growth and scale impact
Qualifications
- 12+ years professional experience in technology or advertising
- Product marketing or related experience in the developer productivity, developer tooling space and/or demonstrated experience to contribute at strategic, operational and tactical levels
- Experience presenting to groups/C-level executives
- Proven record of building, mentoring and leading a team, characterized by a culture of inclusion and engagement
- Track record of influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders
- Customer service orientation and experience in a client-facing capacity
- Demonstrated experience to drive resolution in the context of competing perspectives
- Organization and people skills and the experience to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
