The team is small-yet-mighty and growing quickly.About the RoleAs a Integrated Marketing Manager, Dasher Pay and Earnings Experience you will be responsible for working with, product management, business, marketing, and creative teams to help drive Dasher sentiment and engagements. You’ll work on national and global scale GTM launches as well as scrappy ops tests to support the development and scaling of  earnings and pay program products and features. You’ll support strategic integrated marketing initiatives that drive awareness, adoption & excitement of existing pay, financial and experience products for Dashers to drive outsized impact for them and our business. You’ll leverage in-app, owned, and earned channels to grow product usage, measure impact, and drive awareness for these initiatives. You’ll collaborate with research teams like UXR and Audience insights to identify and synthesize Dasher needs, trends, and early opportunities for us to explore.  You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…A team player who leads by example. Inform key learnings and develop plans to tackle opportunities for future growth Roll up your sleeves to own the success of a campaign or test: writing content, setting up in-app and email campaigns, and bringing together other needed partners to execute your strategiesPartner with research to support and execute groundbreaking customer research. Use it to provide actionable recommendations that improve our marketing and product strategiesJoin a cross-functional team from Product, Brand, CRM, and Operations on weekly business reviews.
