Client is looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to be responsible for all marketing activities on their assigned product(s) from inception to implementation to lead launches and grow existing products adoption. This role will focus on translating customer and market requirements into products with clear and differentiated value proposition and positioning.
This role requires a self-driven, highly multi-tasking individual who can work with cross-functional teams of senior leaders and individual contributors throughout a matrixed, distributed organization.

- ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 3- 4 months
- PLACEMENT TYPE: Contract
- SCHEDULE/ REMOTE FLEXIBILITY: If NJ Monday – remote. Wednesday through Friday – Remote. Tuesday in HQ
- WORK HOURS: 9am – 5pm
- HOURS PER WEEK: 40
- EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Bachelors degree required / Masters (optional)
- INTERVIEW PROCESS: Virtual (2-3 interviews)
- PREFERRED INTERVIEW TIMES: flexible on weekdays
- TEAM SIZE: 10-12 ppl in marketing team

Client is looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to be responsible for all marketing activities on their assigned product(s) from inception to implementation to lead launches and grow existing products adoption. This role will focus on translating customer and market requirements into products with clear and differentiated value proposition and positioning.
This role requires a self-driven, highly multi-tasking individual who can work with cross-functional teams of senior leaders and individual contributors throughout a matrixed, distributed organization.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: In practice, the activities may include, but not limit to:
- Product launch: take ownership of marketing research for launching new products and driving customer adoption
- Develop target audience personas
- Build positioning and messaging
- Develop and execute Go-to-Market plan
- Develop collateral and promotional materials
- Public relations activities
- Product marketing content: clearly and effectively communicates value proposition
- Package, Sell sheet, submittal, installation manuals
- Sales enablement: help sales team generate more revenue from new and existing clients
- Develop compelling marketing assets such as sales enablement materials, website content, case studies, brochures, and whitepapers
- Build out internal and external sales training
- Buil and maintain partnership with B2B audience
- Promotion & marketing communication: Create awareness, drive consideration and generate marketing qualifies lead
- Develop and execute marketing communication strategies at all levels of the marketing funnel
- Craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for product promotion, encompassing positioning, messaging and go-to-market plans
- Utilize digital marketing, social media, email campaigns and participation in industry events for optimal reach, ensuring coherence across all marketing channels
- Build thought leadership narrative and create value-add content to drive consideration (e.g. infographics, blog, vlog, testimonials)
- Post-launch marketing activation: lead post-launch marketing initiatives
- Develop and revise marketing strategies and plans; execute campaigns by leveraging various channels depending on marketing objectives
- Measurement: measure performance
- Identify KPIs and work to improve the KPIs by measuring, analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Analyze campaign performance, offering insights for refinement and enhancement
- 5+ years of experience with product marketing management for a customer-oriented organization.
- Experience in developing and communicating effective value propositions.
- Proven experience in developing effective marketing material.
- Experience of working in the manufacturing industry is desirable, but not required.
- Self-starter with strong executive facilitation skills and experience related to strategic execution and problem solving.
- Solid analytical skills (i.e., marketing measurement, new market analysis etc.)
- Comfort in a rapidly changing environment with competing and shifting priorities.
- Highly seasoned project management skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communications skills (including presentations) and listening and interpretation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ideal to have business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in thinking strategically.
