Sandata seeks a collaborative, creative, agile Product Marketing Manager to help tell our compelling and differentiating product stories to our various target audiences to drive success. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can quickly connect the dots between product market fit and customer needs to create interest, intrigue, and demand.
Responsibilities:
- Go-To-Market Strategies and Plans: Assist in developing and executing go-to market strategies and marketing plans for new and existing products, including positioning, messaging, and launch tactics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, engineering, and others as appropriate to align marketing strategies with product capabilities and business objectives.
- Marketing Materials & Sales Enablement: Create compelling marketing materials and sales enablement tools, including collateral, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Digital Marketing: Leverage digital channels to enhance product visibility and lead generation.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze market and campaign performance to refine strategies and report on key metrics.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective messaging.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications.
- Minimum of three years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the homecare or healthcare industries.
- Experience navigating complex organizations, and a high level of comfort with fast-paced environments that involve a degree of ambiguity.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Creative thinker with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience in inter-departmental collaboration and communication in a virtual environment.
