Overview:
The Product Marketing Manager - Sales Service plays a crucial role in driving the success of our sales and service teams by developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote and sell our products and services. This position is integral to ensuring the alignment of product messaging with the sales and service strategies, ultimately leading to increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop product marketing strategies and plans to support sales and service objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling product messaging and positioning
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends
Create sales enablement tools and materials such as presentations, case studies, and competitive analysis
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies
Lead product launches and sales training initiatives
Manage the creation of sales collateral and promotional materials
Develop pricing strategies and value propositions
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
Participate in customer and market segmentation initiatives
Collaborate with sales and service teams to optimize sales processes
Conduct competitive analysis and positioning
Track and report on key product marketing metrics
Support the development of sales tools and resources
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product marketing
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
Experience in market research and customer insights
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
