Objective
Seeking an experienced product marketing professional who will excel at developing and implementing strategies that highlight the value of Verity Solutions broad portfolio of products to key target audiences. This role requires strong marketing, strategy and product management expertise. This individual will focus on defining the marketing strategy including positioning and messaging, in addition to creating go-to-market plans and sales enablement materials to drive adoption of Verity Solutions products, solutions and services.
The candidate will possess a keen ability to understand the pharmacy supply chain industry and SaaS technology solutions and translate business objectives and impacts into sound B2B marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns. This role is a highly visible opportunity to impact and contribute to the Verity Solutions business at all levels and requires a strategic mindset, the ability to collaborate with and influence business and matrix partners, and thrive in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment, cutting through the clutter to deliver impactful results.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of buyers' unique challenges and motivators.
- Develop a strong understanding of Verity offerings and position to address and solve customer challenges.
- Build business-to-business marketing strategies and campaigns to drive the adoption of solutions and increase understanding of differentiators.
- Translate complex and diverse subject matters into compelling ideas and messages that address client needs.
- Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns through strategic positioning, market messaging, client-facing sales enablement tools, and other B2B marketing communications.
- Help mobilize and direct expertise across marketing and orchestrate end-to-end marketing plans to drive growth, adoption, and retention across all lifecycle stages, pertinent audiences, and channels.
- Build effective launch plans, strong value proposition articulation, and tools ( show, don't tell ) to enable sales to be successful at driving solution sales.
- Cross-functional/matrix management with a strong ability to influence others and create accountability to achieve business goals and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing team peers to help execute campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with peers to manage department/team priorities and workflow to support collective business needs.
Ideal candidates will offer the following:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum 8+ years of marketing strategy experience
- Ability to lead and/or influence cross-functional teams
- Strong Modern Marketer: ability to understand and grasp marketing strategy and approach, leverage data and insights to inform strategy and recommended approach, link business need to action, understand how to leverage digital tactics/channels to execute marketing strategy.
- Health care and/or pharmacy industry experience strongly preferred. Software as-a-service (SaaS) experience desired.
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment across multiple functions and in support of diverse buyers and geographies.
- Critical thinker and creative problem solver, who exercises good judgment in resolving difficult situations, prioritizes and can balance needs with enterprise objectives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment, and juggle multiple, sometimes competing, priorities and requirements.
- Experience executing strategy within timeline, budget and quality standards.

- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- Travel required occasionally (i.e. - 1 weekly meeting in the office, if local)
- This role is WAH/Flex which allows most work to be performed at home. Seattle, WA area home base preferred.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 94,500 - 157,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
