Product Marketing Specialist Responsibilities

• Manage eCommerce Listings Account Management Skills
  • Ensure correctness among existing listings.
  • Create new listings while working with eCommerce customer.
  • Managing product information sheets to aid in process of managing listings.
  • Meet with existing and new eCommerce customers
  • Comfortable / experience with Amazon.
• Customer Interaction/Social Media Management
  • Posting Content on social media channels
  • Checking comments and responding to comments on social channels
  • Influencer Management
• Skills Desired
  • Video and photo editing for both commercial, military, and research projects. (Ranges from commercial - industrial in nature.)
  • Technical Writing - write and make changes to professional/technical documents
  • Comfortability/Experience with suite of Google products: Ads, YouTube, Analytics, etc.
  • Comfortability/Experience with Adobe suite of products.
  • Comfortability/Experience with Microsoft Suite of Products. Expert level knowledge in PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable with using Data Analytics to make informed decisions and discuss opportunities.
  • Product Photography and Videography, does not need to be expert, but comfortable taking professional pictures.
  • Experience with Mailchimp/email and customer segmentation
• Marketing Background
  • Strong Understanding and Experience in Product Marketing (See Lily's Chart)
  • Strategic Planning, sharing ideas with Sales and interacting with sales team daily.
  • Understanding Supply Chain
  • Understanding of Target Market Research
• Advertisement
  • Managing online ad content
  • Execution monitoring and budgeting
• Print Design Background is a plus
