- Drive the marketing strategy, execution, and performance for both dermatology-specific and veterinary pharmaceutical products.
- Focus on maximizing market share, driving sales growth, educating healthcare professionals, veterinarians, and consumers, and ensuring product success through cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates dermatology and veterinary products in competitive markets.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to inform strategies for both sectors.
- Manage the product marketing lifecycle from launch through maturity to end-of-life across dermatology and veterinary product lines.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Marketing Operations Managers to develop tailored marketing campaigns for both dermatology and veterinary products, leveraging digital and traditional channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Content, Social Media, Events, Trade Marketing, Brand, Sales, CSR, Clinical, and Operations) to create and distribute relevant marketing materials for both markets.
- Ensure campaigns meet regulatory standards and resonate with healthcare professionals, veterinarians, and end consumers.
- Track key metrics such as sales growth, market penetration, customer engagement, and campaign ROI across both dermatology and veterinary sectors.
- Use data analytics to optimize marketing strategies and refine campaign performance based on results in each market.
- Work with Content and Clinical teams to develop educational and promotional materials aligned with the unique needs of dermatology and veterinary products, while maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Create sales enablement tools, such as product guides, website pages, rack cards, menus, emails, FAQs, and other physical and digital collateral items.
- Collaborate with Sales, CSR, Trade Marketing, Operations, Content, Social Media, Events, Clinical, and other departments to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging across both dermatology and veterinary portfolios.
- Lead weekly meetings with relevant departments to track progress and ensure alignment on priorities for both product categories.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and product diversification within both dermatology and veterinary markets.
- Develop scalable marketing strategies to enter new markets or grow within existing ones across both sectors.
- Sales Growth:
- Increase in product sales volume and revenue within both dermatology and veterinary categories.
- Campaign Performance:
- Metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and lead generation from campaigns in both markets.
- Customer & Professional Engagement:
- Monitor social media engagement, customer feedback, and satisfaction scores from consumers, healthcare professionals, and veterinarians.
- Time to Market:
- Efficiency in launching new products and executing marketing campaigns across departments for both product lines.
- Campaign Management:
- Execute and monitor product marketing campaigns with operations, ensuring they are on time and within budget for both dermatology and veterinary products.
- Content Creation:
- Develop and update high-quality marketing collateral, including videos, website pages, and brochures, tailored to both markets.
- Collaboration Meetings:
- Participate in daily or weekly check-ins with cross-functional teams to align on strategies and track progress for dermatology and veterinary product lines.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze market trends and sales data for both sectors to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing pharmaceutical products, with a focus on dermatology and/or veterinary sectors.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns across healthcare and veterinary markets.
- Strong understanding of market trends and the regulatory environments in both dermatology and veterinary sectors.
