As a Product Mgmt Sr Mgr within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Birmingham or Dallas.ServiceNow team is focused on modernizing and automating IT processes and practices by aligning with industry standards for enhanced regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and effectiveness
The ServiceNow team supports the enterprise by enabling capabilities across various domains to manage assets, processes, workflows and operations.Responsibilities:Business and product portfolio strategy, managing new and existing products working with stakeholders to drive business value through emerging capabilities.• This role involves management products related to the ServiceNow platform• Strategic role that sits at the intersection of technology and business, and user experience• Collaborates with various stakeholders, including development teams, business leaders, and end-users, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps• Guides the success of products and leading cross-functional teams charges with improving the capabilities within the platform• Responsibilities may include defining product features, collaboration the technical and process teams, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and optimizing service delivery• Leads teams responsible for translating concepts or designs into new or improved products, or experiences and recognizes, anticipates and resolves complex operational and process problems that ariseQualifications:1. Product management experience or similar experience working as a technical product manager2. Proven track record defining and implementing platform strategies that build value3. Experience gathering product requirements that translate into the creation of product vision, strategy and roadmaps4. Systems thinking and creative problem solving approach that considers alternative solutions to utilizing the platform for business value5. Ability to build relationships and influence without authority at all levels of the organization6. ServiceNow/ITSM experience preferredJob DescriptionResponsible for the end-to-end business and financial results for multiple product sets utilizing traditional and emerging capabilities in technology, operations, and data analytics to offer customers a differentiated product experience through the leadership of teams managing new and existing products or experiences.Uses knowledge of emerging technologies to deliver product to customers through all applicable channels
Presents initiatives to gain senior management buy-in
Manages progress to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within budget and meet strategic goals.Influences product and customer experience trends by monitoring competitors or peer organizations to stay abreact of emerging product and technology trends in the industry
Leads teams responsible for translating concepts or designs into new or improved products, product lines or experiences and recognizes, anticipates and resolves complex operational and process problems that arise.Evaluates potential product or experience development projects for feasibility and value
Ensures successful outcomes from key stakeholders including sales, marketing, digital channel delivery and other internal service partners
Participates in client-facing and external stakeholder activities throughout the product or experience lifecycle
Adheres to company-defined risk appetite as part of the first line of defense
Serves as point of review and sign off for risk management, compliance and audit requirements, as needed.Manages, motivates and develops one or multiple product lines and managers as well as the performance evaluation process of the Product Development Management team and key contributors
