We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Product Owner to join our innovative team in the technology industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the development and execution of our product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This role demands a strong ability to work collaboratively with our engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional products that meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
1. Define and communicate product vision and strategy to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
2. Lead the planning and execution of product releases, managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.
3. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure product development is on track and meets quality standards.
4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development and positioning.
5. Facilitate decision-making across different teams and stakeholders, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.
6. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and inform future product improvements.
7. Engage with customers, gathering feedback and insights to inform product development and enhancements.
8. Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in the technology industry.
2. Proven experience in the financial services sector, with a deep understanding of the industry's business processes, challenges, and opportunities.
3. Strong ability to translate customer needs into clear and detailed product requirements.
4. Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex products on time and within budget.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, from engineers to executives.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to make data-driven decisions.
7. Experience working with Agile development methodologies and tools.
8. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
