About the Job
- Develop the high-level strategy for personalized content delivery, including the roadmap, Use Case Backlog, and any other planning efforts to ensure alignment with the overarching business strategy
- Act as a leader for the pod, resolving escalated impediments and driving execution through collaboration with the rest of the pod team
- Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to develop a unified vision and roadmap that ensures alignment in customer segmentation selection, overall business needs, and technical capabilities to support both personalized content and targeted offers pods
- Work with the PMO Lead to facilitate ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews with the goal of ensuring task completion and tracking pod team progress
Requirements:
- Experience with agile software development processes, requirements management, and project management using JIRA/Confluence or similar Agile collaboration tools
- Demonstrated experience in managing promotional and personalization strategies
- Strong knowledge of the e-commerce space, including competitive strategies
- Adapt to change and constantly improve
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and across the organization
- The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for independent problem-solving, have proven data analysis skills, demonstrates strong ownership/commitment, and has proven leadership experience in managing online marketing initiatives across teams
- Proficient in Web Analytics and Optimization Tools (Google/Adobe Analytics/Target/Monetate)
- Preferred background: travel or retail
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
