We are currently looking for a Product Owner to join our team to work hybrid from one of our offices in Exton, PA, Davidson, NC, or Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
Skills Requirements:

Knowledge Requirements:
- Strong understanding of financial services, particularly life and annuities.
- Proficiency in contemporary requirements gathering and management practices.
- Experience in managing SCRUM teams from a product perspective.
- Familiarity with the entire Product Life Cycle and ACORD data model (preferred).
- Understanding of the Pragmatic Product Management processes and methodology
Other Requirements:
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to define product vision, strategy, and scope.
- Identify product stakeholders and user groups.
- Solicit requirements through interviews, data analysis, surveys, and site visits.
- Write clear and concise requirements specifications.
- Decompress high-level requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- Define quality benchmarks, external interfaces, and project constraints.
- Lead requirements analysis and validation.
- Participate in requirements prioritization and manage changes.
- Implement opportunities for continuous improvement based on data analysis.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or related experience.
- Minimum 5 years of product owner experience (1 year in a customer-facing role).
- Agile environment experience required.
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services, with a focus on Life, preferred.
- Certified Product Owner strongly desired. We follow the Pragmatic methodology and Framework.
