CareGard seeks a Product Manager to join our Grapevine, TX office team. The Product Manager manages the successful development and implementation of the product from beginning to end. This person sees strategic ideas from design and testing to implementation and market introduction.

The position is an in-office position with flexible work hours.
Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the product vision.
- Create and maintain clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and other documentation.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Provide feedback on the product's progress and make decisions regarding feature prioritization.
- Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring product vision and goals alignment.
- Continuously monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Lead all grooming efforts in the requirements process, ensuring the development team understands and can appropriately estimate the effort and complexity of the issue or story.
- Assist in creating data models and other feature assets where necessary.
- Control the release of software to working environments.
- Guide the QA team in understanding acceptance criteria.
- Use data to inform decisions through market research and other means to determine competitive advantages.
- Work with technical writers to ensure all technical assets are properly documented.
- Own the system support process to monitor the support channel for the application assigned and work within the sprint process to prioritize bug tickets for remediation with the development team.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience is required.
- Four years experience in product management.
- Proven results influencing stakeholders and displaying improvements
- Ability to translate complex problems and ideas into easily understood descriptions

- Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000, subject to knowledge and past work experience
