Description
Everi is searching for a Product Owner/Business Analyst for Everi's FinTech Product Management team! We are looking for an individual with user-story documentation and, hopefully, Agile methodology experience, preferably in Gaming and/or Compliance.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Responsible for tracking product priorities, activities, issues, and progress; providing interface and collaboration with other contributors to the business.
- Maintains a robust understanding of client-side product functionalities and features; identifies need for product customization and the impact on customer experience.
- Exercises discretion and independent judgement identifying problem statements and gathering business and creative requirements; communicates requirements to relevant stakeholders.
- Assists in developing use case-based specifications to capture business requirements.
- Collaborates with project stakeholders and project delivery teams on requirements gathering sessions.
- Creates and maintains user stories, program functions, interface specifications, user workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Assists in developing release documentation.
- Develops deep understanding of the product vision ensuring alignment with Company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in a product owner, business analyst, or project management role; gaming or casino operations experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead multiple projects in a team-based environment.
- Ability to track activity, communicate effectively, manage customer expectations, identify problems and risks, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Experience facilitating and clarifying client needs and translating them into user stories.
- Demonstrated experience with various project planning tools and methodologies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field required
Nice to Have:
- Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, or equivalent certification.
- Ability to successfully complete assigned product owner, product management, or equivalent courses, as needed.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is$ 82,800- $ 95,200 annually.
