Required Skills & Experience

• 10 to 15 years of overall experience
  
• 3 to 5+ years of recent Product Owner experience
  
• Banking background, preferably Risk management which includes Credit Risk, Consumer Oversight, Retail Risk, Market Risk, Regulatory reporting like CCAR, CECL, FDIC, FRY-9C
  
• Relevant business expertise and sufficient technology literacy
  

Desired Skills & Experience

• Prior technical background, working as IT Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
  

What You Will Be Doing

• Initiate the development process, documents project scope, product vision, prioritizes user stories, sets feature level priorities conducts demos and walkthroughs
  
• Hold themselves and Business Analysts accountable for writing stories/tasks that meet the Definition of Ready
  
• Drive alignment of peer Product teams and coordinate with/understand stakeholder priorities to act as the voice of the customer
  
• Create, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog
  
• Perform/oversee user acceptance testing to identify and remedy defects and approves final testing results
